Musiqmesh is a Techstars London-backed startup designed to streamline music production workflows for the industry’s leading professionals. Built as a B2B platform, it enables music labels, publishers, and rights holders to efficiently manage their catalogs and collaborate seamlessly with composers, producers, and other stakeholders.
The platform offers robust tools for project management, catalog and metadata organization, and workflow automation, ensuring smoother coordination across the music supply chain.
What we did
As an agency, we played a key role in developing Musiqmesh, a powerful platform designed for music industry professionals. Our work focused on building and refining tools for music catalog management, project coordination, metadata handling, and seamless distribution to major digital platforms. By ensuring smooth integration with other software, we enhanced collaboration among music creators and producers.
To support ongoing growth, we provided a dedicated tech team that seamlessly integrated into Musiqmesh’s existing development process. Rather than starting from scratch, we optimized workflows, improved performance, and ensured scalability. With front-end, back-end, and QA specialists, we enabled efficient collaboration, rapid iteration, and continuous improvements—helping Musiqmesh scale and evolve with confidence.
Enhancing Musiqmesh’s UX
for Seamless Navigation
Redesigning Musiqmesh’s user experience required a fundamental rethink of its navigation. Rather than simply structuring a sitemap, we immersed ourselves in the user journey—anticipating every interaction, from a quick browse to in-depth catalog management. Our goal was to create a fluid and intuitive experience that seamlessly connects creators, labels, and rights holders with the tools they need.
To ensure the navigation felt natural and efficient, we conducted extensive user testing, leveraging tree testing to validate our approach. This data-driven process refined the user flow, striking the perfect balance between accessibility and functionality. The result: an intuitive interface that streamlines music catalog management, making every action—from project setup to distribution—effortless.
Building Scalable
Tech Foundation
Our role in Musiqmesh’s development extended beyond just front-end work—we integrated seamlessly into the existing back-end architecture to enhance and expand its capabilities. The front end was built using Next.js and TypeScript, incorporating custom components tailored to the platform’s specific needs. Our structured approach ensured close collaboration with the Musiqmesh team, aligning every technical decision with their vision.
On the back end, we plugged into an already established serverless architecture built on AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and other AWS services. Rather than building from scratch, we joined the ongoing development, contributing to and refining the existing infrastructure. DynamoDB was leveraged to structure data efficiently, supporting complex workflows while ensuring scalability and high performance.

We provided Musiqmesh with a dedicated team consisting of two front-end developers, one back-end developer, and one QA specialist, ensuring continuous development and high-quality execution.
Our deep integration into their workflow allows us to optimize their existing infrastructure, enhance features, and maintain a seamless user experience. By working closely with their internal team, we help drive the platform’s scalability, performance, and long-term growth.
