By scanning and analyzing the startup ecosystem, they provide curated insights, research reports, and strategic recommendations, enabling businesses to identify potential partnerships, investments, and emerging trends that align with their long-term goals.
What we did
To support Co:cubed’s innovation tracking and research process, we designed and developed a secure, gated web platform that allows clients to log in, track report progress, access documents, provide feedback, rank startups, and engage in discussions.
Our goal was to create a seamless, data-driven experience that enhances collaboration between Co:cubed and their corporate clients, making the startup evaluation process more structured and interactive.

Designing an intuitive
user experience
We focused on delivering a clean, user-friendly interface that simplifies the complex workflow of corporate innovation teams. Through wireframing and user testing, we designed a dashboard that provides clear visibility into reports, uploaded documents, and real-time feedback mechanisms.
The interface was crafted to ensure users could effortlessly track progress, engage with research insights, and rank startups, making the platform both functional and visually engaging.
Tech Infrastructure
We built the platform using Next.js for a fast, responsive front-end and Node.js for a scalable, high-performance backend. The Digital Ocean infrastructure ensures a cost-effective, secure, and reliable hosting environment that scales with demand.
To streamline data handling, we implemented CSV upload functionality, allowing bulk data to be processed efficiently. The platform also includes real-time commenting, ranking, and feedback mechanisms, making collaboration seamless. We reinforced the system with automated test cases, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices, ensuring smooth deployments, security, and long-term stability.
