In this situation, a one-stop digital solution was required that could not only organise, compile and recommend medical services nationwide, but would also lower the service delivery time through the collection and compilation of the patient’s current and past medical records before their appointment.

Meri Sehat was designed keeping in mind the ease of accessibility and navigation for a wide audience. The selection of the colour palette, featuring bright and vibrant hues, was done intentionally to give the user a warm and welcoming navigation experience.
 
The use of a minimalist font prevents the user from being distracted, allowing them to focus solely on the content. Visual cues, such as iconography, were kept simple and easily recognizable, ensuring Meri Sehat is user-friendly for users across the country.

The Meri Sehat Platform was created both as a website and as a mobile application. It offers patients and doctors a comprehensive alternative to the existing healthcare system by rendering in-person diagnosis obsolete.
 
As a custom developed 5-tier platform, the platform offers separate user journeys for doctors and patients, with three key services:
 
Doctor’s Directory: Patients can access verified doctors, categorized by their specialty, and book appointments for either an online consultation or in-person.

Sehat Scan: Utilizing advanced Artificial Intelligence, patients can use their phone cameras to scan vital signs such as heart rate, respiration rate, and oxygen saturation. This data is then transmitted to the chosen doctor for consultation purposes.

Content Database: Patients can instantly access a vast collection of health-related articles from renowned sources like Healthline. Sehat A-Z serves as a comprehensive database entailing an alphabetized listing of various health issues and diseases, enabling patients to easily explore further information.

Meri Sehat’s platform is fully custom developed, boasting a powerful master Admin panel that governs every aspect. Built on PHP Laravel 8, the platform benefits from accelerated development and increased efficiency. The AWS infrastructure ensures high availability and fault tolerance, ensuring uninterrupted functionality with minimal data loss during disruptions.
 
The Meri Sehat app is crafted using Flutter Dart, leveraging over 30 widgets to create a cost-effective solution with highly customizable UI designs. The Dart code used results in a high performance and allows for constant performance improvements.

Sehat Scan is a revolutionary, AI powered video-based software-only data platform that gives an accurate measurement of your vital signs. Through this advanced application, the need for medical devices such as pulse oximeters, ECG machines, and blood pressure monitors are rendered useless.
 
Utilizing cutting-edge AI and signal processing, the app will be able to monitor and record the user’s blood pressure, heart rate, respiration rate, oxygen saturation (SPO2) and heart rate variability (HRV). All of this is done through a simple face scan with the user’s in-built phone camera.

The Meri Sehat platform allows for truly digital healthcare solutions, accessible both from web and mobile. The Sehat Scan app stores users’ vitals and continues to monitor them every day once they’re signed up. If it notices any discrepancies, it alerts the patient and recommends doctors based on their needs. Through the doctor’s database, available on both web and mobile application, patients can access information regarding specialist doctors, categorised according to location, specialty, and availability.
 
The database contains all relevant information, such as the specialist’s qualifications, experience, consultation fees, and appointment availability. Users have the option of booking an appointment as per their convenience and can choose to pay via cash or direct bank transfer.
 
The platform also allows patients to safely store and give access to their data to healthcare professionals. This can be done with a simple click of a button, and undone in the same manner.
 
User’s also have the ability to book an instant consultation for any urgent health issues, where they are immediately paired to the first available doctor to meet their needs.
