01. Drop an Inquiry
To begin a potential collaboration, submit an inquiry via our contact form. You will receive a calender link to book in a discovery call with our team.
02. Initial Discovery (30 Minutes call)
This initial call, usually with our CTO or COO, is designed to delve into your business context, assess how we can contribute effectively, and carve the course for your project moving forward.
03. Way Forward
At WeUno, we offer different engagement models, including a dedicated team for your project or a one-time fixed project engagement. Each model is customised to address various challenges and has proven effective across a range of industries. We’ll discuss and decide together on the most suitable engagement to base our proposal around.
04. Proposal Submission
After discussions with your team and with final way forward, we craft a clear-cut proposal detailing the scope of work, fees, and project timeline.
05. Acceptance & Onboarding
Upon agreeing to our proposal, we’ll provide a Services Agreement and request the initial deposit to commence the project. Your project will then be assigned a dedicated project manager, who will officially kick off the onboarding process to ensure a successful start for everyone involved.
